CommLocker gives your business a phone number and keeps every call, text and voicemail on it, and the email, meetings and messages you connect, as records. They are organised by person, filed by job, claim or case, fingerprinted when captured, and exportable as a PDF that shows nothing was changed.

Why

Business conversations end up spread across personal phones, inboxes and apps. When a dispute, a claim or an audit comes, it's hard to find what was said, hard to show it wasn't changed, and it leaves with the employee who had it. CommLocker keeps it all in one place, with the business.

What you get

  • A business phone number. Get a new number, or bring the one you have. Calls ring like ordinary phone calls, even on the lock screen, on iPhone and Android.
  • Every call recorded and transcribed, with a recording notice callers hear, and a summary after the call when you turn AI on.
  • Business texting with photos and files, delivery status and opt-outs handled for you.
  • Voicemail, transcribed.
  • Email, meetings and messages: Gmail and Outlook; Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams; and WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook messages.
  • People. Everything from one person in one timeline, across their numbers, emails and accounts.
  • Files. Gather the records about one job, claim or case. Filing never changes a record.
  • Records that can't be changed. Every record is fingerprinted when captured and kept in write-once storage that no one, CommLocker included, can change. Each check reads MATCH, MISMATCH or MISSING.
  • Exports. A File, a person or a date range, as a PDF or a ZIP, showing each record's integrity.
  • Ask, the AI assistant. Ask questions over your records and get answers that cite them. Ask can draft and send texts, file records and build exports, and anything it changes or sends waits for you to confirm. It runs on models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google that keep nothing and train on nothing.
  • Teams. On the Business plan: roles, shared numbers, ring groups and an audit log.

Three plans: Essentials, Pro and Business. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You pay on this website, and cancelling is one step in the app. If you stop, you keep read-only access for 90 days to export everything and move your number.
